Are you a seasoned knitter? A beginner? Perhaps you’re looking to learn? Everyone is welcome to join us for a fun, instructive Knit Night where you can knit for fun, continue to build your skills, or try your hand at knitting for the first time. Coffee available by donation (and snacks might make an appearance, too!) Feel free to bring your friends!

The next St. Matt’s Knit Night is:

Tuesday, June 27, 2017; 6:30-8:00pm

Narthex (Main Entrance) of St. Matthew’s United Church, 2035 26A Street SW

We’ll be starting with the basics by learning now to cast on, knit, purl, and cast off. If you’re already comfortable knitting, you’re welcome to work on your own project, or start a Prayer Shawl (instructions will be provided).

If you’re looking to get started, we’ll be making simple dish cloths.  You can download the supply list for both projects here.
