If part of your goals for the new year are learning to slow down and relax, join us for an introduction to meditation this Sunday Jan 5th 3-5pm, upstairs in the library.
These are casual stand alone session to learn the basics of a meditation practice, then have tea and chat about how to stay sane in this mad mad rushing world of ours.
There is no charge for these sessions, but donations to Acadia Place – a Calgary Homeless Foundation initiative – are happily accepted.
